Ingredients:

- 2 tsp vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce

- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 oz (340 grams) broccoli florets
- 8 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- A few dried red chilies (optional)
- 2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Marinate the Shrimp:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix shrimp with salt, paprika, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Set aside to marinate.
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together water, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and dark soy sauce until well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare the Broccoli and Aromatics:
- Cut broccoli into florets. Dice garlic and mince ginger. If desired, cut open dried red chilies for extra heat.
- Heat the Wok:
