  • 1 can (8-count) Southern Homestyle buttermilk biscuits (not flaky)
  • 1 cup (257 g) pizza sauce, divided
  • Β½ cup (69 g) mini pepperoni slices, divided
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 equal-sized cubes

Garlic Butter:

  • ΒΌ cup (Β½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • ΒΌ tsp garlic salt
  • ΒΌ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pizza Bombs:
    Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Spray a 12-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray. Alternatively, you can use a greased baking dish (adjust baking time if needed).
  • Assemble the Bombs:
    Remove biscuits from the can and place on a clean work surface. Using a rolling pin, flatten each biscuit to about β…›-inch thickness. Add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, 1 tablespoon of pepperoni slices, and 2 mozzarella cubes to the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges together tightly, pinching to seal with no gaps. Place each bomb seam-side down into the skillet, repeating with remaining biscuits.
  • Bake:
    Bake for 20-22 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Garlic Butter Topping:
