Ingredients:
- 12 small potatoes, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the coated potato rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Once baked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving to add a festive touch.
