8 large eggs
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors)
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
