Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls

Ingredients

🍞 Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ¾ cup warm milk

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp salt

Or 1 roll store-bought crescent or pizza dough


🍰 Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


🫐 Blueberry Filling:

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • ¼ cup sugar


🍶 Glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1½ cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 23 tbsp milk

 


Instructions

  1. Make dough or use store-bought. Let rise 1 hour.

  2. Cook blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick. Cool.

  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Roll dough into rectangle. Spread cheesecake, then blueberry filling.

  5. Roll up and slice into 8–10 pieces.

  6. Arrange in greased dish. Let rise 30 min.

  7. Bake at 350°F for 22–25 min.

  8. Glaze while warm. Serve & enjoy!
