Crunchy Fiesta Dorito Taco Salad Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions. Set aside to cool.
