🌮 Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps 🌮

These cheesy, crunchy wraps are a fiesta in every bite! Packed with seasoned beef, zesty cheese, and a satisfying crunch from crushed Doritos, they’re sure to be a holiday favorite for both kids and adults.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed
  • 4 large flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and green peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes until softened. Stir in the taco seasoning mix.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce, stirring well.
  4. Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the nacho cheese mix down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top with a portion of the beef mixture, a spoonful of sour cream, extra onions and peppers, and a sprinkle of crushed Doritos.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
  7. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
  8. Serve immediately with shredded lettuce or your favorite toppings for an extra touch.
