These cheesy, crunchy wraps are a fiesta in every bite! Packed with seasoned beef, zesty cheese, and a satisfying crunch from crushed Doritos, they’re sure to be a holiday favorite for both kids and adults.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Doritos, Nacho Cheese flavored, crushed
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and green peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 4 minutes until softened. Stir in the taco seasoning mix.
- In a bowl, combine the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce, stirring well.
- Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the nacho cheese mix down the center of each tortilla.
- Top with a portion of the beef mixture, a spoonful of sour cream, extra onions and peppers, and a sprinkle of crushed Doritos.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Serve immediately with shredded lettuce or your favorite toppings for an extra touch.
