- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped ๐
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning ๐ฟ
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice) ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth ๐ฅฃ
- 1/2 cup plant-based cream or full-fat coconut milk ๐ฅ
- Salt and pepper to taste ๐ง
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish ๐ฑ
Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sautรฉ onions until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
