Texas Trash Dip

    Ingredients

    • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

    • 1 cup sour cream

    • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans

    • 1 (1 oz) taco seasoning packet (or 2 tbsp homemade)

    • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided

    • ½ cup bacon crumbles (optional)

    • 23 green onions, sliced

    • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, well-drained (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

    2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1½ cups cheese. Add Rotel if using.

    3. Spread mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.

    4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

    5. Top with green onions and bacon. Serve hot with tortilla chips or dippers of choice.
