Ingredients

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 (16 oz) can refried beans

1 (1 oz) taco seasoning packet (or 2 tbsp homemade)

2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided

½ cup bacon crumbles (optional)

2–3 green onions, sliced

1 (10 oz) can Rotel, well-drained (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning, and 1½ cups cheese. Add Rotel if using.

Spread mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining ½ cup cheese.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Top with green onions and bacon. Serve hot with tortilla chips or dippers of choice.
