Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed golden Oreos or graham crackers
- ½ cup granola or shortbread cookie crumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted

- 1 cup whipped cream or extra Cool Whip
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Creamy Strawberry Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the strawberry pudding mix and milk, then mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until fluffy.
- Stir in chopped fresh strawberries for extra bursts of flavor.
Step 2: Prepare the Crunch Topping
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed golden Oreos, graham crackers, or granola with melted butter.
- Stir until the mixture is coated and crumbly.
Step 3: Assemble the Dessert
- In a serving dish or bowl, layer half of the strawberry cream filling.
- Sprinkle half of the crunch topping over the filling.
- Add the remaining strawberry cream filling.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
- Finish with the rest of the crunch topping.
