Ingredients

For the Creamy Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box strawberry-flavored instant pudding mix (or vanilla pudding for a milder flavor)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

For the Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed golden Oreos or graham crackers
  • ½ cup granola or shortbread cookie crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

For Assembly:

  • 1 cup whipped cream or extra Cool Whip
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Creamy Strawberry Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberry pudding mix and milk, then mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until fluffy.
  4. Stir in chopped fresh strawberries for extra bursts of flavor.

Step 2: Prepare the Crunch Topping

  1. In a small bowl, mix the crushed golden Oreos, graham crackers, or granola with melted butter.
  2. Stir until the mixture is coated and crumbly.

Step 3: Assemble the Dessert

  2. Sprinkle half of the crunch topping over the filling.
