1. Season & Sear the Chicken

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown (this adds flavor!).
  • Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce
