1. Season & Sear the Chicken
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown (this adds flavor!).
- Transfer chicken to the slow cooker.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
