Ingredients
For the Shrimp Marinade:

14 oz shrimp (peeled, deveined)

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp paprika
-
⅓ tsp black pepper
-
2 tsp vegetable oil
For the Garlic Sauce:

½ cup water
-
½ tsp sugar
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
½ tbsp hoisin sauce
-
2 tsp cornstarch
-
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Other:
-
2–3 tbsp vegetable oil
-
12 oz broccoli
-
8 cloves garlic, diced
-
½ tbsp minced ginger
-
A few red dried chilies (optional)

2 tbsp water
Instructions

Pat shrimp dry and marinate with salt, paprika, pepper, and oil.

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Cut broccoli into florets. Dice garlic and ginger. Prep chilies (optional).

Heat wok over high heat. Add oil. Stir-fry shrimp until pink, about 2–3 min. Remove.

Reduce heat. Sauté garlic, ginger, chilies, and broccoli for 1–2 min.

Add 2 tbsp water. Cover and steam broccoli 2–3 min.

Pour in sauce and return shrimp. Stir until sauce thickens.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
