- 12 graham crackers

Instructions
- Prepare the Pie Dish: Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or shortening and set it aside.
- Make the Crust: In a food processor, blend graham crackers and brown sugar until fine. Gradually add melted butter while processing until crumbs stick together. Press firmly into the pie dish and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, whisk milk, green food coloring, and mint extract until even. Add pudding mix and whisk until thickened. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Assemble the Pie: Fold whipped topping into the pudding. Spoon into the crust and smooth the top. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Serve: Top with additional whipped cream and cherries if desired. Serve cold.
