Praline Crunch 🥣🥜
Crispy cereal and buttery pecans tossed in a sweet, golden caramel glaze and baked to perfection. This Southern-inspired snack is easy to make, addictive to eat, and perfect for sharing!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Crispix cereal

  • 2 cups pecan halves (salted recommended)

  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed

  • ½ cup corn syrup

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp baking soda

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine cereal and pecans.

  3. In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda (mixture will foam).

  5. Pour caramel over cereal and pecans. Toss to coat evenly.

  6. Transfer to a 9×13″ baking dish. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

  7. Spread on parchment to cool. Break into pieces and enjoy.
