Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded provolone/mozzarella
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
Topping:
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup shredded cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil until soft. Cool.
- Mix ground beef, veggies, Worcestershire, spices, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs.
- Fold in shredded cheese. Shape into loaf.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 min.
- Add glaze & top with cheese. Bake 15–20 more min or until internal temp is 160°F.
- Rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve.

Reheat: 325°F oven or microwave
