Ingredients
8 taco shells
8 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
