Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade blend)

¼ cup water

½ cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

Optional: diced tomato, cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream
Instructions

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

Once cooked through, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Warm the nacho cheese sauce until smooth and pourable.

Lay out tortillas and layer beef, nacho cheese, and shredded cheddar.

Fold into a burrito and toast in a hot skillet 1-2 minutes per side until golden.

Slice in half, garnish as desired, and serve hot!
