Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

5 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup brown sugar

¼ cup beef broth

⅓ cup soy sauce

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground black pepper

Pinch of red pepper flake (optional)

10 oz linguine

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, ginger, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the skillet. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
