Ingredients
Crust

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp brown sugar

4 tbsp melted butter
Brownie Layer (Optional)

1 cup brownie batter
Filling

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (heat treated)

1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Topping

Extra chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F if using brownie layer.

Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Mix crust ingredients and press into liners. Bake 5 mins and cool.

Add brownie layer if desired, bake 5 more mins.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, flour, condensed milk, and salt until smooth.

Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Spoon filling into cups and top with more chips.

Chill 4 hours or freeze 1 hour until firm. Remove liners before serving.
