Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- ½ cup butterscotch chips (optional)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of the dish to form an even crust.
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips evenly.
- Add chopped nuts and shredded coconut on top.
Step 3: Bake & Cool
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and slightly bubbly.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Slice into squares and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel.
