Transform your Thanksgiving leftovers into delicious, crispy turkey stuffing balls, perfect as snacks or appetizers!

    Ingredients

      • 2 cups Cooked Turkey, shredded
      • 3 cups Leftover Stuffing
      • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes (optional)
      • 1 Egg, beaten
      • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
      • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce (optional, for dipping)
      • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
      • Salt and Pepper to taste
      • Cooking Oil for frying (or use a baking option)

    Instructions

      1. Preheat Oven (Optional): Preheat to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
      2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the beaten egg and mix until everything is well combined.
      3. Form Balls: Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
      4. Cook:

      • For Baking: Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
      • For Frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.

      1. Serve: Serve hot with cranberry sauce for dipping.
