- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, leftover stuffing, mashed potatoes (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the beaten egg and mix until everything is well combined.
- Form Balls: Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Cook:
- For Baking: Place the balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- For Frying: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve: Serve hot with cranberry sauce for dipping.
