Ingredients

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or sub-style rolls)
  • ½ lb ham, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb salami, thinly sliced
  • ¼ lb pepperoni (or soppressata)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup banana peppers or pepperoncini, chopped
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare the Rolls

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the slider rolls in half, keeping them connected.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

2. Layer the Meats & Cheese

  • Layer ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the rolls.
  • Add provolone cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle roasted red peppers, banana peppers, and red onions over the cheese.
  • Season with Italian seasoning and black pepper.

3. Add the Top Rolls & Garlic Butter

  • Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Brush the buttery mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.

4. Bake to Perfection

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 5-7 more minutes, until golden brown & crispy.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce, ranch, or balsamic glaze for dipping!
