Ingredients

Instructions
In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
2. Add Milk and HeatGradually add milk, whisking to combine. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
3. Melt the ChocolateAdd chopped chocolate and stir until fully melted and mixture is smooth.
4. Thicken to PerfectionContinue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon.
5. Serve and GarnishPour into mugs, top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
