Ingredients

For the Dough:

For the Icing:

 

  • 🍬 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 🥄 3–4 tbsp milk

  • 🍦 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

  • 🌈 Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla or anise extract.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until a dough forms.

  5. Roll into 1-inch balls or logs and place on baking sheets.

  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes. Cool.

  7. Dip in glaze, top with sprinkles. Let set. Enjoy! 🍪🎊
