1 pound ground beef

Β½ cup diced pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Β½ cup Thousand Island dressing

4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Set Instant Pot to sautΓ© mode. Brown ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn off sautΓ©. Drain excess fat.

Stir in pickles and Thousand Island dressing.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top (do not stir).

Secure lid. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

Quick release the pressure.

Serve beef mixture over shredded lettuce. Top with tomatoes and sesame seeds.
