Instant Pot Big Mac Casserole Recipe Card

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • Β½ cup diced onions

  • Β½ cup diced pickles

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Β½ cup Thousand Island dressing

  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to sautΓ© mode. Brown ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Turn off sautΓ©. Drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in pickles and Thousand Island dressing.

  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top (do not stir).

  5. Secure lid. Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

  6. Quick release the pressure.

  7. Serve beef mixture over shredded lettuce. Top with tomatoes and sesame seeds.
