2 cod fillets (6 oz each) ๐

2 tbsp soy sauce ๐ง

2 tbsp honey ๐ฏ

1 tbsp rice vinegar ๐

1 tsp sesame oil ๐ข๏ธ

2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ง

1 tsp grated fresh ginger ๐ฑ

Instructions
1. Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2. Sear the Cod
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a light drizzle of oil. Place cod fillets in the pan and sear for 2โ3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
3. Add the Glaze
Pour the honey-soy mixture into the pan. Spoon sauce over cod and simmer 3โ4 minutes until sauce thickens and fish is cooked through (internal temp 145ยฐF).
4. Plate and Garnish
Serve fillets with sauce spooned on top. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
