Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced πŸ§„

  • Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish 🌿


Instructions

1. Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.

2. Sear the Cod
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a light drizzle of oil. Place cod fillets in the pan and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.

3. Add the Glaze
Pour the honey-soy mixture into the pan. Spoon sauce over cod and simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens and fish is cooked through (internal temp 145Β°F).

4. Plate and Garnish
Serve fillets with sauce spooned on top. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
