  • 🌿 2 cups spinach

  • 🧀 1/2 cup feta, crumbled

  • 🍗 2 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 🌿 Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  2. Sauté onion and garlic; toast orzo lightly.

  3. Add broth, lemon, tomatoes, and spinach. Return chicken.

  4. Simmer covered until orzo is tender.
