Easy Sausage Breakfast Muffins 🧁🍳
These protein-packed savory muffins are filled with sausage, cheese, and a fluffy biscuit mix base—perfect for busy mornings or make-ahead meal prep.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage

  • 2 cups biscuit or muffin mix

  • ½ cup milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin.

  2. Brown sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.

  3. In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stir in sausage and cheese.

  5. Spoon into muffin tin, filling each ⅔ full.

  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

  7. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
