1 lb breakfast sausage

2 cups biscuit or muffin mix

½ cup milk

2 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin.

Brown sausage in a skillet; drain excess fat.

In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in sausage and cheese.

Spoon into muffin tin, filling each ⅔ full.

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
