Ingredients
For the Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

Β½ cup salted butter, melted

ΒΎ cup pineapple juice

3 eggs

1 cup crushed or chunked pineapple
For the Glaze:

ΒΎ cup pineapple juice

1 cup powdered sugar
-
ΒΌ cup butter, room temperature

1Β½ cups additional powdered sugar (for final drizzle)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Grease a 10β12 cup bundt pan.

In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, melted butter, and cake mix. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix on high for 2 minutes.

Pour into pan and bake 35β40 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine ΒΎ cup pineapple juice, 1 cup powdered sugar, and ΒΌ cup butter. Heat until melted.

Poke holes in the bottom of the cake (still in pan). Pour β of glaze over cake. Cool 15 minutes.

Flip cake onto platter. Add 1Β½ cups powdered sugar to remaining glaze and drizzle over cake.

Let set slightly or serve immediately.
