Crockpot Hot Dog Chili 🌭
Rich, flavorful, and simmered to perfection, this homemade chili is the ultimate hot dog topping. A classic cookout essential with just the right balance of tangy, savory, and sweet!

Ingredients

 

  • 1 pound ground beef (90/10 lean)

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 5 oz tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or minced onion)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with water, breaking it into fine crumbles.

  2. Drain any excess fat and water.

  3. Transfer beef to crockpot.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2½ hours.

  6. Serve hot over hot dogs, fries, burgers, or baked potatoes.
