Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup white wine (or additional broth)

8 oz cream cheese, cubed

¼ cup butter, sliced

8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked separately

Fresh parsley or parmesan (for garnish)
Instructions

Lightly grease your crockpot. Place chicken in the bottom.

In a bowl, whisk together soup, broth, wine, cream cheese, butter, and Italian seasoning.

Pour mixture over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours (or HIGH for 2.5–3 hours).

Shred or slice chicken and serve over pasta. Spoon sauce generously over the top.
