CREAMY CHICKEN & SPINACH ALFREDO BAKE 

Tender chicken and fresh spinach in a creamy Alfredo sauce, baked with cheesy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in diced chicken and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted. Add the Alfredo sauce and cook until heated through.

2. Assemble the Bake:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken mixture with half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.

3. Bake:
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Serve:
Let the bake cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Add cooked pasta to make the dish more filling.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
