Ingredients

- 3 cups cheese tortellini, cooked

- 2 cups Alfredo sauce

- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

- Add the steamed broccoli to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
