CREAMY BROCCOLI TORTELLINI BAKE

Ingredients

    • 3 cups cheese tortellini, cooked

    • 2 cups Alfredo sauce

    • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

    • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 2 garlic cloves, minced

    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    1. Add the steamed broccoli to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

    1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

    1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

    1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
