Cranberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) package raspberry or cherry Jell-O

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)

🧄 Optional Add-ins:

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

  • ½ cup finely chopped celery

  • 1 small apple, grated

  • 1 tsp orange zest

  • ½ cup sour cream or whipped topping (for creamy version)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

  2. Stir in 1 cup cold water.

  3. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple with juice. Mix well.

  4. Fold in any optional ingredients, if desired.

  5. Pour into dish, mold, or pan. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  6. Serve cold, cubed or scooped, topped with whipped cream if desired.
