Ingredients

1 (6 oz) package raspberry or cherry Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

1 (14 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce

1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
🧄 Optional Add-ins:

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

½ cup finely chopped celery

1 small apple, grated

1 tsp orange zest
-
½ cup sour cream or whipped topping (for creamy version)
Instructions

In a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.

Stir in 1 cup cold water.

Add cranberry sauce and pineapple with juice. Mix well.

Fold in any optional ingredients, if desired.

Pour into dish, mold, or pan. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve cold, cubed or scooped, topped with whipped cream if desired.
