Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef (80/20)

1 cup plain bread crumbs

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper
For Glaze:

½ cup ketchup
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
1 tsp mustard or vinegar (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan or line baking sheet.

In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.

Shape into a loaf and place in pan. Spread half the glaze over top.

Bake 45 minutes, then add remaining glaze. Bake 15–20 more minutes or until internal temp is 160°F.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
