3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

4 tsp baking powder

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 large eggs

1¼ cups milk

⅔ cup vegetable oil

3 cups diced apples (peeled)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Fold in diced apples.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool before serving. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or top with ice cream.
