Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix (+ water, oil, eggs as called for)

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (15 oz) can coconut cream

1 (7 oz) package shredded sweetened coconut

1 (12 oz) container chocolate frosting

Optional: extra coconut or almond slivers for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (or per box instructions). Grease a 9×13 pan.

Prepare cake batter as directed. Pour into pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

While warm, poke holes with a spoon handle.

Mix condensed milk + coconut cream. Pour over cake to fill holes.

Let cool completely.

Top with shredded coconut.

Warm chocolate frosting until pourable. Spread over coconut layer.

Garnish if desired. Chill 1+ hour before serving.
