Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

    Ingredients

    Brownie Layer:

    • 1 box fudge brownie mix (baked & cooled)
      OR 1 batch homemade brownies

    Cookie Dough Center:

    • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

    Topping:

    • 1 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
    • Extra mini chips

    Instructions

    1. Bake brownies and cool completely. Crumble into bowl.
    2. Mix cookie dough (heat-treat flour first). Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze 15–20 minutes.
    3. Flatten brownie, wrap around cookie dough, and roll into bombs. Chill 15 minutes.
    4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Drizzle or dip brownie bombs.
    5. Garnish with mini chips. Chill to set. Enjoy!

    Storage: Fridge: 1 week
    Freezer: 2 months
