Ingredients
Brownie Layer:
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (baked & cooled)
OR 1 batch homemade brownies
Cookie Dough Center:
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Extra mini chips
Instructions
- Bake brownies and cool completely. Crumble into bowl.
- Mix cookie dough (heat-treat flour first). Roll into 1-inch balls. Freeze 15–20 minutes.
- Flatten brownie, wrap around cookie dough, and roll into bombs. Chill 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Drizzle or dip brownie bombs.
- Garnish with mini chips. Chill to set. Enjoy!
Storage: Fridge: 1 week
Freezer: 2 months
