- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 package of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions:
- Boil Pasta: Boil pasta until cooked. Brown ground beef & drain.
- Mix Beef: Mix taco seasoning & water with ground beef for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese to beef mix and stir to melt, then remove from heat.
- Combine with Cheese: Put the pasta in a baking dish and mix in 1 cup of cheese. Top the pasta/cheese mixture with the beef mixture and toss gently. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
