Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Filling:

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Apple Topping:

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of nutmeg

Finish:

  • ½ cup caramel sauce

  • Optional: Sea salt, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Press into pan. Bake at 325°F for 8–10 min.

  2. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and flour. Add eggs. Pour over crust.

  3. Bake: 40–45 min. Let rest in oven, cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours.

  4. Topping: Cook apples in butter, sugar, and spices until tender. Cool.

  5. Assemble: Spoon apples over chilled cheesecake. Drizzle with caramel. Slice and serve!
