Ingredients
Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup brown sugar

6 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp cinnamon
Filling:

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese

¾ cup sugar

½ cup sour cream

1 tbsp flour

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla
Apple Topping:

2 apples, diced
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
½ tsp cinnamon
-
Pinch of nutmeg
Finish:

½ cup caramel sauce

Optional: Sea salt, whipped cream
Instructions

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Press into pan. Bake at 325°F for 8–10 min.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and flour. Add eggs. Pour over crust.

Bake: 40–45 min. Let rest in oven, cool, then refrigerate 4+ hours.

Topping: Cook apples in butter, sugar, and spices until tender. Cool.

Assemble: Spoon apples over chilled cheesecake. Drizzle with caramel. Slice and serve!
