    Ingredients

     

    • 1 small cabbage, chopped

    • 1 Vidalia onion, chopped

    • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    • 1 cup mayonnaise

    • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted

    • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

    • Cooking spray

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

    2. Layer chopped cabbage and onion in the dish.

    3. Mix soup, mayo, and 1/2 stick melted butter; spread over onion layer.

    4. Combine Ritz crackers, cheddar cheese, and 1 stick melted butter; spread on top.

    5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.

    6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
