Boozy Dole Whip Recipe Card

Ingredients

  • 2 large scoops French vanilla ice cream

  • 6 oz pineapple juice

  • 16 oz frozen pineapple chunks

  • 4 Β½ oz spiced rum (Captain Morgan recommended)

  • Garnish: Whipped topping, pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Add ice cream, pineapple juice, frozen chunks, and rum to a blender.

  2. Blend 30–45 seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 cocktail glasses.

  4. Garnish with whipped topping, a pineapple wedge, and a cherry.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
