Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries.

2. Assemble the Rolls

Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing edges with beaten egg.

3. Fry or Bake

  • Bake: Brush with oil, bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
