- 8 oz cream cheese, softened ๐ง

- 1 tsp vanilla extract ๐ฟ
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries ๐ซ
- 8 egg roll wrappers ๐ฅข
- 1 egg (for sealing) ๐ฅ

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in blueberries.
2. Assemble the Rolls
Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing edges with beaten egg.
3. Fry or Bake
- Fry: Heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Fry egg rolls 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Bake: Brush with oil, bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Serve Warm
Dust with powdered sugar or serve with chocolate, caramel, or berry sauce.
