If you’re looking for soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits, these 4-ingredient 7-Up Biscuits are the easiest and most delicious biscuits you’ll ever make! No kneading, no yeast, and no complicated steps—just simple ingredients and a foolproof recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up (or Sprite)
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Butter

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2: Mix the Biscuit Dough

  1. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick and sour cream. Mix until crumbly.
  2. Pour in 7-Up and stir gently until a sticky dough forms.

Step 3: Shape the Biscuits

  1. Lightly flour a surface and turn out the dough.
  2. Gently pat the dough into a ¾-inch thick rectangle (avoid overworking!).
  3. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass (dip in flour to prevent sticking).

Step 4: Bake to Perfection

  1. Place the biscuits in the butter-filled dish, allowing them to touch slightly.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  3. Remove from the oven and brush with extra melted butter (optional).

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Let biscuits cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy with butter, honey, jam, or sausage gravy!
