- 4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup 7-Up (or Sprite)
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Butter
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Step 2: Mix the Biscuit Dough
- In a large bowl, combine Bisquick and sour cream. Mix until crumbly.
- Pour in 7-Up and stir gently until a sticky dough forms.
Step 3: Shape the Biscuits
- Lightly flour a surface and turn out the dough.
- Gently pat the dough into a ¾-inch thick rectangle (avoid overworking!).
- Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or a glass (dip in flour to prevent sticking).
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
- Place the biscuits in the butter-filled dish, allowing them to touch slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and brush with extra melted butter (optional).

- Let biscuits cool slightly before serving.
