Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  4. In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Layer in dish: half spaghetti, cream mixture, beef sauce, 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers.
