- 1 (10.5 oz) can French onion soup
- 3 cups beef broth
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Β½ cup sour cream
- ΒΌ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup French fried onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef, seasoning with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear the beef for 3-5 minutes until browned on all sides. - Simmer with Soup & Broth:
Add French onion soup and beef broth to the pot. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let the beef cook for 10 minutes. - Add the Noodles:
